The Pittodrie bar is housed in an old Victorian building with many original features including an ornate brewery and whisky mirrors, which are decorative examples of early advertising.
The unique Victorian island bar, and it even has its old mosaic spittoon trough still in place – although these days it is for decorative purposes only! Today the Pittodrie Bar is most famous for being the Granite City’s quintessential football pub, thanks to its location close to Aberdeen Football Club’s ground and its devotion to showing the beautiful game on three big screen television and a 10 feet HD screen. With its football connections you will find the walls covered in framed caricatures of the Club’s players, new and classic signed football shirts, and various other great sporting memorabilia, and we attract large crowds on match days. Once you throw in the pool table and dart board, it becomes the first, stop for sports fans looking for refreshment and a nice warm place to watch the latest live sporting events.

Apart from sport the pub now offers live music performances from local musicians and a new venture called ‘Free Jukebox Fridays’.
